Suchana Seth, a woman from Bengaluru arrested for allegedly killing her four-year-old son at a service apartment in Goa, was taken to the location by the police to help recreate the crime scene on Friday.
Seth, who is the CEO of an AI start-up, was arrested on Monday for the alleged murder of her son, purportedly to prevent her estranged husband from meeting him. The police caught her in Chitradurga with a bag carrying her son's body on her way to Bengaluru from Goa.

Notably, Seth refused to cooperate with the police in the beginning and denied her involvement in her son's murder, as per sources.
HOW THE CRIME WAS DISCOVERED
The crime was discovered after red-coloured stains set off alarm bells among the staff at the Goa service apartment when they reached there to clean the room. Their suspicion was fuelled by the fact that she had checked in to the apartment with her son but was alone when she checked out.
While checking out, the Suchana Seth had asked the apartment staff to arrange a taxi for her. The staff, however, told her that a flight to Bengaluru would be cheaper than a taxi. But she still insisted on a taxi and immediately checked out.
According to the preliminary probe, Suchana Seth and her husband had filed for divorce.
She was reportedly unhappy with a court order allowing her estranged husband to meet their son every Sunday. Consequently, she allegedly planned to kill her son just a day before the scheduled meeting, India Today TV reported, quoting sources.
NOTE FOUND IN BAG WHERE SON'S BODY WAS KEPT
The Goa Police on Thursday said they found a handwritten letter in the bag in which the accused woman kept her son's body.
In the letter, it was written, "I cannot tolerate the court's order for my husband to meet my son." The police are now saying that the letter was written using an eyeliner. The note was found in the bag in which the accused woman kept her son's body.
On Friday, it was discovered that Seth initially tried to hide his body while the bag she was carrying was being checked by the police.
The bag carried toys and clothes on the top, the police told India Today TV. Later, the officials asked Seth to show the entire bag. As one of the cops removed the layer of clothes, the boy's body was found.
