Euro 2020 latest news and updates LIVE

Minute 10: Olmo with an effort on target

Spain register their first attempt on target through Dani Olmo, but his strike is weak and it's comfortably gathered by Szczesny.

Minute 5: Klich with a warning shot

Mateusz Klich has an effort from range, and it's a good strike too. The ball flies just over Unai Simon's bar.

21:00 CEST: We're underway in Seville

The ball is rolling at the Estadio de La Cartuja, where Spain will be desperate for a win after their goalless draw in their first game.

20:05 CEST: Poland's starting XI vs Spain

Poland have a massive tak in front of them in the form of Luis Enrique's Spain, and will need Robert Lewandowski to perform if they are to get anything out of this after their opening game defeat to Slovakia.

Poland's starting XI: Szczesny; Bereszynski, Glik, Bednarek; Jozwiak, Moder, Zielinski, Klich, Puchacz; Lewandowski, Swiderski.

20:00 CEST: Spain's starting XI vs Poland

Luis Enrique has named his starting XI for the game against Poland, and Alvaro Morata is in the team despite his tough start against Sweden. However, Gerard Moreno is also in the line-up, in an evidently more offensive set up from the Spain coach.

Spain's starting XI: Unai Simon, Marcos Llorente, Aymeric Laporte, Pau Torres, Jordi Alba, Rodri, Koke, Pedri, Gerard Moreno, Alvaro Morata, Dani Olmo

FULL TIME: Hungary 1-1 France

France were electric in the first half but ended up conceding a Attila Fiola goal just before half time, which seemed to sap the energy from them. Les Bleus grabbed a second-half equaliser through Antoine Griezmann, but they never replicated their play from the first half. Hungary fought excellently and deserved their point.

Minute 90+4: Hungary get away with one

Endre Botka was clearly pulling Presnel Kimpembe's shirt from a France free kick in the dying embers of the game, but a penalty was not given, despite a VAR review.

Minute 87: The substitute is substituted

Ousmane Dembele came on in the 57th minute, but Deschamps have hooked him off 30 minutes later. It is unclear if he has picked up an injury or if the France boss was simply unsatisfied with what he saw. Thomas Lemar comes on in his place.

Minute 80: Can France's fitness pay dividends?

Hungary have fought brilliantly but are beginning to show signs of tiredness, as was the case in Matchday 1 against Portugal at this stage of the match. On that day, they went on to lose 3-0. France will be determined to find a late goal here.

Minute 76: Double change for France

Corentin Tolisso and Olivier Giroud have come on for Paul Pogba and Karim Benzema. The Real Madrid striker is yet to get off the mark since returning for Les Bleus.

Minute 66: GOAL FOR FRANCE!

Antoine Griezmann has not had a great game, but he has grabbed the equaliser for France. A long ball by Lloris was picked up by Mbappe, who remained calm before crossing into the area and Griezmann was there to fire in the half-cleared ball. Hungary 1-1 France.

Minute 59: DEMBELE HITS THE POST!

Just a couple of minutes after coming on, Dembele came in from the right and fired a shot at goal that hit the post and went behind for a free kick. The Hungary defenders looked scared when it came to defending Dembele.

Minute 57: France make a change

Deschamps has brought off Rabiot in place of Ousmane Dembele as he wants France to push further forward. They have not looked as impressive since half time.

Minute 46: The second half is back underway

France will be looking to respond after that surprise goal by Attila Fiola. Les Bleus can't afford to make any more mistakes.

HALF TIME: Hungary 1-0 France

It seemed as though it was only a matter of time before France grabbed the game's opening goal, having created a plethora of chances, but Attila Fiola's strike just before half time gives Hungary the lead at the break.

Minute 45+2: GOAL FOR HUNGARY!

France have dominated this first half, but Hungary have taken a surprise lead just before the half-time break. Varane pushed forward to win the ball and misjudged it, which allowed Roland Sallai to play it in behind and then Attila Fiola kept his composure before finishing past Hugo Lloris. Hungary 1-0 France.

Minute 42: It's all France in Budapest

France are looking so dominant, with Hungary not having looked the same since their outlet ball, Szalai, went off injured. Fortunately for the home fans inside the Ferenc Puskas Stadium, Les Bleus have been unable to find a way through.

Minute 36: Pogba this time

France have had yet another chance to score, as Paul Pogba attempts a near-post shot from an acute angle.

Minute 33: Mbappe once again

Mbappe shimmies away from Attila Szalai and gets away from a couple more Hungary defenders before slightly dragging his shot wide. He is looking very sharp today. Surely it's only a matter of time before France score.

Minute 30: Big chance for Benzema

Mbappe played a lovely flick into the path of Benzema, who had space in the box, but the Real Madrid man's first-time half-volley went wide of the post.

Minute 24: Cooling break

The temperature is warm in Budapest today, at roughly 30 degrees, and the referee has signalled a cooling break for both teams. Hungary have had to use a substitution during this period, as Adam Szalai has a head injury and has been replaced by Nemanja Nikolic.

Minute 17: Mbappe comes close

Lucas Digne's pinpoint cross from the left was met by Kylian Mbappe, but the France forward guided his header just wide of the right post.

Minute 14: Gulacsi saves Hungary

Peter Gulacsi did well to get down to Karim Benzema's effort and then Antoine Griezmann had his effort from close range saved, but the Barcelona forward was offside.

15:00 CEST: We are underway in Budapest!

There is a full house at the Ferenc Puskas Stadium for this clash between Hungary and France. It should be a good one, so stay with us for the latest updates!

13:55: CEST: One change for Hungary

The French-Hungarian defender Loic Nego is the only introduction to the Hungary side that lost 3-0 to Portugal in the first set of group-stage fixtures. Gergo Lovrencsics has made way for Nego.

13:45 CEST: France's team is here

Didier Deschamps has made one change from the France side that beat Germany in Matchday 1, with Lucas Digne coming in for Lucas Hernandez, who reportedly has a knock, at left-back.

13:00 CEST: France fans in buoyant spirits

There are plenty of reasons for France fans to be optimistic about this European Championship, and that positivity is clear amongst Les Bleus' supporters in Budapest.

12:00 CEST: A big day ahead

Four of the favourites to go on and win Euro 2020 - France, Portugal, Germany and Spain - all play today, with it being important for Germany and Spain to pick up a victory after failing to do so in Matchday 1.
